Rotary Club Golf Tournament Sept. 21

The Weaverville Rotary Club is preparing for its 11th Annual Golf Tournament. It is scheduled for Friday, September 21st at Reems Creek Golf Course.  Check-in is at noon, with the Shotgun start at 1 p.m.
 
The Club asks you to consider participating in the event by becoming a hole sponsor, donating a door prize, be an individual player or put together a foursome and join the fun on September 21. Contact Bill Ware, President, at 658-3605 or LaNita Cloninger, Golf Chairperson, at 658-0649, for specific details.  Individual paid registrations received by Friday, Sept. 14 will get a bonus.
 
Rotary is an international organization whose theme is “Service Above Self”, with over 1.2 million members. With funds collected from this event, the Weaverville Club sponsors local youth leagues, school programs such as dictionaries for all third graders, the Lake Louise Handicap Ramp, and many more projects. This is their major fundraising activity and they need your help to make it a success.
