Here’s another program I just recently heard about,  Joyful Noise:  Weaverville’s Community Music and Arts Center.

Joyful Noise is a non-profit community arts center run by director Dr. Gina Caldwell.  The center offers group classes and private lessons for all ages and skill levels in a variety of instruments, including banjo, fiddle, flute, guitar, piano, bass, viola, violin,  voice, and kindermusik.  Flat foot clogging and Irish step dance classes will also be offered beginning in January.   Merit and financial scholarships are available for interested students.

Lessons take place at the First Presbyterian Church, located at 30 Alabama Avenue. For more information or to sign up for classes or lessons, contact Dr. Caldwell at 645-2828.
