The Carolina Mountain Club will be sponsoring a half-day hike from Ox Creek Road to Rattlesnake Lodge on Sunday, November 4.  Non-members are welcome.  If you’re interested in joining club members for this 4 1/2 mile hike, meet at either the Westgate Center in Asheville at 1 p.m., or at the Folk Art Center (lower parking lot) at 1:15 p.m.  For information about this specific hike, call 299-4776.  For more information about the Carolina Mountain Club, check out their website at www.carolinamtnclub.org.
