Here’s the latest event schedule as provided by the Friends of the Weaverville Library:

Holiday Book Sale
Saturday, December 1, 1-3 p.m.
The Friends of the Weaverville Library will hold a Box Book Sale 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, December 1.  You can purchase a box filled with the books of your choice for only $5 per box.  They will provide the boxes.  Proceeds benefit the Weaverville Library.

Pastyme Musical Program
Saturday, December 8, 3 p.m.
Vocal ensemble concert.  Seating is expected to be limited, so get there early.

Book Discussions
Book discussions are held in the lower level of the Weaverville Library.  Everyone is welcome to participate.

• Tuesday, December 4, 7 p.m. – Assorted Short Stories
• Wednesday, December 5, 12:30 p.m. – Cold Sassy Tree by Olive Ann Burns
• Wednesday, January 2, 12:30 p.m. – The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan
• Tuesday, January 8, 7 p.m. – Suite Francaise by Irene Nemirovsky
• Tuesday, February 5, 7 p.m. – The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time by Mark Haddon
• Wednesday, February 6, 12:30 p.m. — The World is Flat by Thomas Friedman 

Storytimes
Tuesdays at 11:15 a.m. — Family Storytime for 3 and 4 year olds
Thursdays at 10:30 .m. — Toddler Storytime for 18-36 month olds
