The regular meeting of the Weaverville Town Council is 7 p.m. Monday, January 28 at the Town Hall.  Here’s the agenda for this month’s meeting:

4. Request from Carl L. McGalliard for a 2 lot Subdivision on Stoney Knob Road Pin # 9741.05-19-3151
5. Discussion of a Conditional Use Zoning District for Weaver Blvd.

9. Closed Session to Confer with Legal Counsel as allowed for by NCGS 143-318.11 A (3) involving Weaverville Partners and the Town of Weaverville and NCGS 143-318.11 A (6).

It’s my understanding that #5 is about or at least includes the McPhail property.  Town Hall is located at 30 South Main Street.
