Developer Greg Phillips of Weaverville Partners will hold an informal drop-by meeting 10:30 a.m.-Noon on Saturday, February 16 in the lower level of the Weaverville Library. He will have preliminary site plans for Weaver Village (McPhail Property) available for review and will be there to answer questions and to hear concerns and suggestions.  Everyone is invited.  The Weaverville Library is located at 41 North Main Street.
