Fine Dining at Blue Mountain March 17

Here’s the March menu for Blue Mountain’s “Other Side of the Mountain” fine dining event, which takes place Monday, March 17 (seating 6:30-7 p.m.). If you’re wondering whether you should give it a try, check out the Mountain Xpress review of February’s dinner. With limited seating, be sure to make your reservations early, especially now that the word is out.

Appetizer
Guinness beer battered jumbo shrimp served over a fried green tomato and topped with jezebel sauce

Soup
Roasted leek and garlic potato soup served with Irish soda bread

Entrée
Blood orange and cherry stuffed Cornish Game Hen served over pecan brown rice and wilted chard

Or

Jameson glazed wild salmon served with purple new potatoes and roasted root vegetables

Dessert
Baileys Irish Cream cheesecake
