Wally Wyatt with Discover Italian has published her Italian Cooking Classes schedule for the remainder of the year on her website. Classes are held 10 a.m.-1 p.m. one Saturday each month, cost is $50 per class and payment is required in advance. Classes are held at Wyatt’s home in Weaverville.
