6. A Resolution Stating the Intent of the Town of Weaverville for the Annexation of the Area Described Herein and Fixing the Date of a Public Informational Meeting and a Public Hearing on the Question of Annexation (Aiken Road, Stoney Brook, Blueberry Hill and Highlander Woodland Hills).
7. Resolution Authorizing the Weaverville Town Manager to Institute the Following Security of Sensitive and Confidential Information and Breach Response Plan.
8. Approval of a Warranty Bond Amount for the Meadows of Flat Creek.
