The Weaverville Lions Club is holding a Flea Market 8 a.m.-Noon on Saturday, May 10 in the Weaverville United Methodist Church parking lot.  Proceeds from the sale will go to the Lions Club to provide for the various needs in the community.

A community-wide rummage sale will be held 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, April 19 in the Weaverville United Methodist Church Fellowship Center. All proceeds will go to the Weaverville Senior Meal Center.  This is their 4th annual Rummage Sale and has been helping keep the doors open for the Senior Meal Center.

Donations for the Rummage Sale are also being accepted.  No clothing please, and computers are welcome as long as they are complete and operational. Items can be dropped off at the fellowship center 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Thursday, April 17. If you have questions, call Cye Weinstein, 645-5297.

The Annual Weaverville Garden Club Rummage Sale will be held 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, April 26 at the Weaverville United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.

The Garden Club requests donations of books, plants, household items, clothes, baked goods, small furniture, small appliances, or crafts for their fund raising event. You can drop off your donations to the Weaverville United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall on Friday, April 25, between 8:30 a.m. and Noon. All proceeds from the rummage sale go towards beautification projects for the town of Weaverville.
